I've been reading a lot of the Housing Panic posts over the last few days and it struck me. That site is probably the best gift a real estate investor can hope to receive!
The message there is always the same. Real Estate is a bad investment. Buyers are fools. Etc.
So, I got to thinking, if his readers really believe that, and judging by the comments he allows through it appears they do, then how can an investor embrace them?
I decided to help them with their problem! After all it always comes down to the problem.
I created an information in-take form at REITactics and posted a comment at HP offering to buy their properties! That way, they can become renters too, just like the owner of that site!
Here is the comment I posted...
If you really think Keith is right, we are ready, willing and able to buy your properties before they decline further in value.

Now, he has comment moderation turned on and it is likely he will not approve my comment but if he really believes what he writes he should welcome the chance to help his readers sell before things get worse!
